Dreams - Hull

Dan was incredibly helpful during our visit as he didn't clock us when we walked in and let us have a little look around first before approaching us. this is one of my biggest pet hates of a shopping experience when workers immediately pounce on you as you walk in the door. Dan was extremely helpful, giving us both advice and suggestions based around our own wants and needs. I have never shopped in a dreams store before, but after our experience here I would definitely do it again.

Paul the manager at hull store was very helpful and really took our needs into consideration. He didn't pressure us into making a decision and when the bed we wanted wasn't in stock he tried really hard to find us something else suitable.

The service provided by Paul was very good, we were offered assistance and pointed in the right direction without being overpowered. Once we selected the order was processed quickly and delivery date arranged to suit our requirements.

The member of staff, Dave, was very helpful explaining all the different mattresses details and asking us what our needs were. He was very knowledgable and very quick and efficient without being pushy, fabulous 😄

the items on display were clearly labelled. we made the choice quickly.we were allowed to try the mattress to experience the degree of stiffness.the colleague was really helpful giving me sound and honest advice suitable to what I was looking for

Dan - the sales assistant - was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spent plenty of time making sure we were happy.

A very pleasant experience from first stepping into store

We came in the store sort of knowing what we wanted. We was greeted by the staff member and she was really helpful. In the end we ended up spending more then we had planned due to how helpful the assistant was. She explained about the different benefits that each mattress had and about the bed frames. I was made to feel at ease spendin a large amount of money in store as the lady knew what she was talking about. She was very friendly and I got more then I originally came in for

The staff were extremely helpful and let us take out time in choosing the right bed for us. They then sorted out the ordering with the minimum of fuss and everything seemed to go very smoothly.
