Dreams - Hull

The help we received was second to none very friendly staff and Daves knowledge of beds and matress' was great, he was down to earth, urged us to try try try and most of all pick the one what felt best for us, the bed choice was huge, we had a tough decision picking which one was for us, cant wait for it to be delivered and try it out, i have purchised from dreams before and came back because i knew i would be buying a quality item for an excellent price.

Staff where friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had went through the order fully and explained everything to me 10\10

I visited the Hull store and was served by Jo. She was highly knowledgeable on the products on offer and helped us understand the different types of mattresses on offer and what the colour coded meant in store. We did look elsewhere but returned an hour later to order a mattress. Paul put the order though the system for us and arranged delivery, it was a very easy process and the staff were all helpful. My only negative was that we would have also purchased a bedstead aswell but none in store we liked.

Easy smooth purchase with assistance as needed and not in our faces

great experience, I'm a first time buyer of a house so buying furniture is an exciting experience. The staff Joanne and Gary made it really special and really helped out with finding the right bed and sorting out delivery dates. Cant wait for the bed to arrive, I'll be too excited to sleep!

We were greeted when we entered the store but were not pressured and were left to browse at leisure when we need help it was prompt and information was given on any and all of the products we were interested in. after our purchase the sale was completed quickly and efficiently with a reasonably fast delivery date. on the whole a very pleasant experience

In a word, Paul. Excellent advice given at all stages of the purchasing processes. We only decided to purchase on our third visit but at no time did we feel under any pressure to buy or to rush. At all times Paul was considerate to my disability and explained everything in a way and at a speed I could understand. Time was given to choose and have explained, all options for the bed, mattress, headboards and accessories. On all visits Paul and indeed the entire team that we met, were polite, attentive and considerate. The whole experience so far has been a pleasure.

I was highly satisfied with the my experience at this dreams. Quick service, very friendly all the staff were very helpful . Would differenly come again and recommend a friend. Very happy with the prices of the beds and what they say on the leaflet and i quote " because your sleep matters " says it all . Thank you dreams for making my experience for buying my first bed for my first home fantastic.
