Dreams - Hull

I was very confused as to which product I was looking for but after a few mins with the sales assistant it was clearer. She was very friendly and approachable and was the manager. Within a few minutes I was able to narrow down the beds within my budget and needs. Considering the amount for different beds in store it all seemed very overwhelming until she assisted me. Once I had narrowed down the products she gave me all the prices for all the options. Would highly recommend to friends. I actually didn't go to any other store to see other products available because the service and advice was second to non. They went above and beyond ensure I went away happy with my purchase

Not offered a drink witch I thought was rather ride when spending 1500 pounds.

I was Highly satisfied with the service at this dreams store personnel very polite with a lot of product information the different mattress were were tested and each individual mattress specifications talked about the correct product was picked and the experience and service was second to none very polite personnel all staff dressed we'll very clean shop and excellent service looking forward to buying products from this shop again congratulations to the manager for excellent personnel

Extremely dedicated attention from Paul the salesperson; he was very good at listening to exactly what we needed and we didn't feel at all rushed or pressured into buying anything.

The manager Paul greeted us swiftly and dealt with our requirements excellently. He was very informative as to the sort of mattress that would best suit our needs and we did not feel pressured into buying the product. We were given plenty of time to discuss the purchase privately and we did not feel forced into making a purchase. I would highly recommend this store and staff. We had our 2 small boys with us and all the staff took pleasure in talking to them and entertaining them when there were not busy. this made, for us, the purchase of the mattress much simpler so a big thank you for that too!!!!

Dave, the assistant dealing with us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We didn't feel pressured or harassed like when we have visited other local stores. Definitely returning to this store when we purchase another bed.
