Dreams - Hull

As we entered the store Carla the assistant was very obliging and helpful pointing us to various bed to try and pillows, as we only came for pillows she was a very good sales person :-)

I first visited the Newport Isle of Wight store and was impressed with the very helpful staff. Living in Yorkshire I found out where the nearest store was to me and went there today. the staff team were friendly, helpful, listened to what I said and answered all my questions. Particularly impressed that the whole team in store were positive, cheerful and polite, took an interest in my purchasing needs and made sure I had plenty of time to look and discuss the products both with them and the person I was shopping with. They made me feel welcome and gave me plenty of time and space to be truly comfortable I had made the best choice at the right price. I have already recommended Dreams as a company and the Hull store in particular to friends and would have no hesitation in returning as and when I need anything else. Thank you very much, I hate shopping but enjoyed my Dreams experience today!

Nice chap in store. He was interested in our purchase and picked up that we liked golf and told us about his golfin efforts. Friendly. He guided us to what he thought was the best mattress and compared them with each other

I was able to find a bed at an affordable price with relative ease. We were assisted well to help get a bed of good quality and within our budget.

The member of staff we had was very helpful each time we went in & made us feel at ease

Our sales assistant Joanne was knowledgable and friendly. She wasn't pushy in any way which we like.

Throughout the visit we were looked after to a very high standard and the gentlemen that looked after us was extremely polite and understanding of our needs. We were offered assistance after entering the store but at no point felt pressured to choose, select or purchase any products that we were enquiring about. We would visit the store again to potentially purchase products in the future and would recommend the service to others.

The staff did not hassle me but assisted me when I requested them to.
