The assistant Gemma was very helpful Explaining everything to me and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything so very pleased With her once again thank you very much Gemma was a pleasure to shop here 👍

Gemma who helped us was very attentive to mine and my partners needs. We only had a brief idea of what we were looking for and she went through each process to help us find out perfect mattress.

On visiting the store we had an idea what we were looking for so straight away we were asked by Allan if we required any help. We advised him what we was looking for rather than wandering around aimlessly and looking at beds that didn't fit for us. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and gave us different options to look at with no pressure. We did only go to look as we had some time but ended up buying-awh well the decorating and new carpet will have to wait 😅

Each member of staff were friendly and welcoming. We went to the shop twice before putting our order in the third time we visited and I cannot recommend the St Andrew Quay team enough. The first time we went in the sales assistant listened to what we needed and made recommendations and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. The second time when asking about pricing they sat us down and worked it out with us, no question was too much and we left satisfied. We then went back the third time and we ordered a mattress with no problems, the order went through perfectly and the team were very kind. When we move we will 100% be going back to purchase a frame also that fits our new space. Thank you to the Dreams Team at St Andrew’s Quay

The man explained everything about who designed the mattress and how it works also explained the benefits of having the tempur mattress
