Dreams - Hull

The store assistant, Kathryn, was extremely personable as well as professional. She didn't use lots of schpeel, gave us the right balance of support and space to make our own decisions, and generally made a big decision much easier to make. The analysing machine was useful, as was the opportunity to try as many mattresses as we needed for as long as we wanted. We were offered bottled water, never pressured into making a purchase, and are happy with the mattress we chose. In short, we couldn't fault the experience!

It was our first mattress shopping and we could have not been served with more professionalism. Gemma was always available for us whilst giving us enough space to think & discuss. You can tell she was really happy to be there to help us finding the right mattress (even through the face mask!) Would highly recommend the company - Gemma gave us a very pleasant and memorable experience!

the assistant manager who served us was both attentive & knowledgeable whilst allowing us moments on our own when needed during the visit. He was personable too.

My husband and I both agree that the friendliness of the staff, premises, price and customer care was of the highest standard. We both really appreciated that the staff were there when we needed to ask questions and unlike other retailers, they did not apply any sales pressure. This along with the quality and wide selection of beds available to view made the whole process of deciding to buy from 'Dreams' a most pleasurable experience.

We were greeted upon entry to the store and offered the sleep match system. The lady that greeted us was very welcoming. After the sleep match Allan directed us to products that may suit us. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took the time to offer products that were relevant to what we wanted and needed and also within our price range. Thank you to both members of the team that made our visit very positive and easy.

Dan was great, I rarely walk away from a retail environment feeling compelled to write a review. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the process and explained why he was recommending different products over just recommending them to get the sale. He took into account my partners requirements in mattresses and ended up finding the perfect one. We looked around other places but was back within an hour to place an order. Will definitely be recommending people to go to Dreams and particularly asking for Dan.
