Friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to help without being over powering like an some stores.

Very knowledgable and helpful staff who were realistic in what was affordable and what was over the top price wise didn’t crowd us like some sales teams do a very pleasant shopping experience overall

Kathryn was so helpful, without being at all pushy,gave us plenty of time to decide, and actual sale was very efficient and friendly. Ordered on thursday and delivery was possible on the following monday.

The sales consultant Kathryn was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremey helpful. She went the extra mile to make our visit a memorable one and achieve all we needed to. We were afforded all the time we needed to ensure we purchased the right bed for our bespoke needs.

We were offered assistance immediately but felt that we were given space without an assistant hounding us. We knew they were there if we needed help and on both occasions found the staff really helpful

Lots of choice and options, friendly staff members helped guide as through the process without every pressurising us.
