Dreams - Hull

I was very happy with the experience, the helpfulness and treatment we received.

Staff member, Allan, listened to what we wanted and showed us what Dreams had to offer. Would have liked to have seen the same style of bedframe together as some where in other parts of the store..not major issue though..probably something to do with brand etc.

Allan was really helpful and very welcoming. Had a great professional Manor at all times

Went in the store knowing what we wanted to a degree. Sales assistant was very helpful, allowing us to try out the beds, and even gave us pillows, that we ended up buying.

The manager who dealt with us throughout our visit was very professional and helpful as well as being very efficient and very knowledgeable. He was not overpowering and allowed my wife and I to choose our mattress at our speed. He was very knowledgeable about the products on display. He was very polite and not pushy.

Kathleen, from the Hull store was friendly, & knew the products in store thoroughly. Kathleen was a pleasure to deal with attentive but not invasive. The lady deserves a pay rise as she was a fabulous ambassador for Dreams customer services.

Alan was efficient and very friendly. Gave us all the information we needed but also the time to make a decision without feeling rushed. Gave us time to try the bed and just popped back to see how we were getting on which we prefer to a salesperson hovering around. Good range of prices and types of beds. I liked that the beds were clearly labelled with firm medium or soft. It was the third bed retailer we tried and felt it was the most Covid secure offering us our own pillow to take around the store rather than being left on the beds which other retailers did. Beds were also sprayed regularly. We were also offered a drink of water. Return option is good and at a reasonable price just in case we dont like the mattress.

The assistance was prompt and i never felt under pressure to buy. We also changed our minds on a few things at the last minute and James was both very obliging and very patient. He also explained everything very plainly and did his best to make us feel valued. Also when we were trying the beds out for comfort ge encouraged us to take our time. Top guy all in all
