Alan was efficient and very friendly. Gave us all the information we needed but also the time to make a decision without feeling rushed. Gave us time to try the bed and just popped back to see how we were getting on which we prefer to a salesperson hovering around. Good range of prices and types of beds. I liked that the beds were clearly labelled with firm medium or soft. It was the third bed retailer we tried and felt it was the most Covid secure offering us our own pillow to take around the store rather than being left on the beds which other retailers did. Beds were also sprayed regularly. We were also offered a drink of water. Return option is good and at a reasonable price just in case we dont like the mattress.

The assistance was prompt and i never felt under pressure to buy. We also changed our minds on a few things at the last minute and James was both very obliging and very patient. He also explained everything very plainly and did his best to make us feel valued. Also when we were trying the beds out for comfort ge encouraged us to take our time. Top guy all in all

Very friendly and polite staff from the minute we walked in to when we left. Listened to what we want not what they wanted to sell us. Staff was very help full didnt put us into anything give us time to think and make up our minds. I was very pleased with my service which is why I purchased and didn't look anywhere else:)

Upon entering the store James greeted us offering to help he sugested the machine to help choose correct matress for our needs great selection offered to suit different price ranges also offered a pillow while trying out matress which I ended up buying with matress & otamon base.

Friendly service and great cleanliness, I was in the store less then 30 minutes in which time I’d spoke to a member of staff,chosen which frame and mattress I wanted,and paid for the order,,

The customer advisors were available but didn't hover or pester customers. Advised us on the different products available and what we would be best to buy.

I bought a bed elsewhere online that turned out to be a nightmare! My mum offered to take me to dreams to actually LOOK at beds, we were greeted and asked if we needed help when we walked in and initially said no, as we walked around looking - I needed a small double and we must of looked confused as a gentleman named Allan came over and asked if we needed a hand, I said I need a small double with storage and Allan said bed frame or divan? I said bed frame preferably! He then led me around the store pointing out which they can do in small double and if it had drawers or ottoman style. He was SO helpful! I told him I didn’t want free standing legs really and he pointed out the best bed he thought I would like and I ended up buying it then and there! He told us no slats underneath, no legs, and the ottoman style was so easy which he taught me what to do etc. Really pleased with the bed and the experience and can not wait for it to arrive!
