James was very knowledgable about the products and showed us a good range. He listened to our needs and concerns and used this to narrow down his recommendations at the end. I think we've got the right mattress for us now, and I don't know if we would have found it without his help

Highly recommended because the staff have time to talk to you and ask for what specific item you are wanting and help you understand the product you are purchasing
