Jim approached us and we felt very relaxed. He was wearing his PPE which made us even more comfortable than laying on your beds. Lol. He was knowledgable and not pushy. Even offering us a bottle of water as light refreshment which was a nice gesture.

The sales staff were very friendly but not pushy at all, we was shown all the products suitable and given clear cost and delivery times. It was a very quick and pleasant experience.
