We were dealt with by Alan at the Hull St Andrews Quay store and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful in assisting with all our enquiries. So much so that when we returned to the store to finally purchase our bed we made sure that Alan served us and took care of our sale.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we need help. Bottle of water offered, they helped us pick the correct pillow for us. Quick service at checkout, good experience
