The store was exceptionally clean. Customers and staff adhered to social distancing measures. Numbers were kept to a minimum. Hand sanitisers available. Masks worn by all staff and customers. We felt safe in store. The test and trace app was easy to access and encouraged to use. Gemma, was very friendly. She was knowledgeable in her role and spent the time to get us the best product. She consulted her manager to get the best price for us and was very professional throughout. Drinks were offered to us and the waiting time was kept to a minimum. A very pleasant experience.
