As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by friendly members of staff without feeling overwhelmed. They were helpful in answering the questions we asked and informative with their answers. We had the pleasure of being served by Gemma. She offered us hot and cold drinks and had a polite attitude throughout the transaction. She was patient while we contemplated the varieties of colour and add-ons. Gemma also explained about the offers/benefits of other products that could complement our purchase but as we only needed to buy an ottoman TV bed, we didnt have the need for these items at the time. We were grateful for the knowledge and has given us something to think about in the future.

The manager was lovely and sorted us with a good price. Will go back again.
