We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, James, allthoug the store was busy at the time we arrived, he made time to come and make sure we had all the information we needed. He offered us refreshments help and advice with purchase.

Shop appears to have attained a hood Covid secure standard. Being able to check what type of mattress I should buy. Not being rushed into a decision.
