Allan looked after us throughout our visit. We were greeted on arrival and offered a drink. Social distancing and safety precautions were adhered to at all times. We used the Sleepmatch system - the process and results were clearly explained to us. We were also offered a pillow each to try each of the recommended mattresses. The different options of bed base were also talked through.

James was very helpful, after greeting us he completed a sleep match with us, supplied us with a pillow each, gave us water. No pressure was felt but with his help we ended up spending 900 on a mattress rather than the 700 that I thought I wanted to spend when I entered the store. If the delivery time was shorted I would be very happy with everything
