On entering the store we were greeted by an assistant who was very polite and friendly. We were asked if we were looking for anything in particular and on answering we were invited to try the 'Sleepmatch' equipment in the store. I must admit were were very impressed by the technology. We were then shown a printout of mattresses which would likely suit our needs and invited to take a pillow, which had been pre-sanitised and directed to the first mattress on the list. The comfort of the mattresses were getting progressively better as we went through the list, until we found the mattress we found best for us. On making our choice we were directed to a seat and offered a drink while the order was processed. The whole process of purchasing our new mattress was relaxed and efficient and we left the store very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the whole process.

The store colleague (Allan) wasn't overbearing. He greeted us on arrival, helped us find the product we were looking for and then left us to try them out for ourselves, only returning to us when we required further assistance he was there to help and guide us. Also appreciated the offer of the use of pillows and even a drink while we were making our purchase.
