The knowledge and service offered were exceptional. My husband was dubious about calling into the store, he was however highly impressed. Thank you. I expected to have to wait for the mattress, I am not disappointed with the wait, I simply feel sooner would have been nice!

After explaining what type of mattress we were looking for we undertook the mattress measurement process and received a number of mattresses to sample which enabled us to select at our own pace without feeling any salesman pressure.
