Was greeted from entering the store. Staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable of what mattress I needed and explained in detail why. Then gave me. Number of options to try with a no pressure to decide. Once I had made up my mind he then. Carried out the checkout himself instead of handing me over. Like you do in other stores. Overall vert happy

Gemma the shop assistant was informative and pleasant to take too. She allowed us to browse first then allowed us to use the mattress tester that gives you yourattress selection. Gemma then showed us the mattresses the machine recommended and we tried them for cumfort. Pillows were allocated to us to use around the store and water was made available for refreshment. We made our choice and talked with Gemma about our patent options. Our finance was quick and easy. We were given a free mattress protector but the pillows we chose were not in stock and had to be posted. Overall the service was well detailed, quick decisions and easy to talk too staff. Well done, it was a Dream.

we were greeted immediate after sanitizing our hands. The assistant, Allan, explained how the Sleepmatch technology would assist us to narrow our search. I did like this very much. The options it chose for us were all very good and testing six is much easier to make the right choice than testing sixty. it definitely saved a lots of time and I believe we chose the best mattress for us. Allan's product knowledge was very good and he offered us pillows whilst testing the options. As a front sleeper I am used to a very thin pillow so I jettisoned mine to avoid it affecting my decision. We were offered bottled water due to the masks making us hot, which was a nice touch. I am really excited about getting my new mattress because it was so comfortable but I was slightly disappointed I have to wait a fortnight for the delivery. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas. I do like that the old mattress will be taken away and disposed of properly which shows a responsible company attitude. Overall I am very satisfied and can't wait to sleep on my new mattress.
