The young man who served us was very informed about the mattress took time to explain all about it , didn’t rush us and let’s us make up our mind with the information he gave us. He is a credit to our company.

Craig was lovely, didn’t do hard sell on anything but was knowledgeable and listened which we really appreciated. We know what we wanted basically but felt that Craig gave us the extra information we needed to make a good choice.

I was highly satisfied because I was not pressed to buy the item, and all questions I asked were answered, and the staff was very helpful to find the right mattress for me and my partner as my partner sufferes with back problems witch helped us to decide witch one to get within our price rang.

Fantastic customer service from Gemma from start to finish. We were greeted when we arrived, but not immediately quizzed which was appreciated. Gemma was very friendly and helpful - she was professional and knowledgeable whilst also being approachable and not rushing us into a decision. A great balance - we were very happy to return a day later and see that she was working so that we could place the order through her.
