Dreams - Huntingdon

Myself and my mum came shopping in the Huntingdon store looking for a double mattress for my bed and Michel and Michael were amazing as they knew their products myself and my mum were both offered a drink. They were both extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything. They explained about the delivery time and when the delivery people would be in contact regarding delivery. I was most grateful for their time and attention and I would highly recommend this branch and these members of staff to anyone and everyone.

Michel could not have been any more helpful.She spent lots of time with me and was able to answer all of my questions so she was both knowledgeable and very friendly.At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase.She made the whole experience a pleasure.Would thoroughly recommend her to my friends and family.

Job done

The lady who served us was very nice and helped us find the mattress we needed which was the reason we came into store as we knew what bed we wanted. She helped look after our baby whilst trying the beds. Had patience as me and partner couldn't decide on which bed. There's was some mis communication regarding the warranty and we was told payment will come out after delivery but the contract says next month 9 weeks before we even get the product. This needs to be clarified before any payments are taken. Overall we was very happy with the assistance we got whilst in store

Michel was very attentive and knowledgeable. She gave us friendly, patient and helpful service. When the product we wanted wasn’t available in the size we required she was very apologetic. Fortunately we were able to choose an alternative from the ex-display models. As it was a display item she was unable to give us a precise delivery date without discussing it with her manager, who was on holiday, so she assured us that she will give us an update upon his return. She spent as much time as we needed even to the point that we overran closing time by a few minutes.

Sally was very patient and very helpful to my needs very happy to show me where facilities were and offered me a drink. I was not keen on the colour of the bed and sally showed me other colours. Sally was very helpful polite and very quick to answer any of my questions

Within first few minutes of browsing, we found a bed we liked, but would have been better if there were more choices as there was only the 1 item so couldn't really compare, but the feel and easiness of the staff were of high standard

All the products I wanted to see were available to try and I was provided with the necessary assistance.

We were able to look around without fear of being prayed on as soon as we walked through the door. The staff knew were were there as we had a quick conversation and we said we were happy to be left alone, when we found what we wanted, we were so pleased with the salesperson, here name was Sally, she had a great personality and knew all about the product
