A great experience overall

Edward was very helpful, polite & understanding in his dealings with us which made us feel very welcome as customers. He took the necessary time required for us to go through the 'testing' process, look at & try various beds also to see what we liked & were more comfortable with. We felt like valued-customers on the day. We weren't rushed out of the door & weren't made to feel awkward or uncomfortable, even though we may not have actually decided to buy anything.

Michel, the Sales advisor at the Huntingdon store, went above and beyond in her job. She made sure she explained everything to us and offered a bottle of water, as well as then leaving us to go around the different options individually to work out what was right. She was friendly, very knowledgable and made our visit very enjoyable and safe - and it was super speedy on the delivery! She is a star of the team and I don’t think we would have got the same experience with anyone else!

The salesman was very knowledgeable,courteous and did not rush us

We were welcomed by Michel and asked what we were looking for. she then proceeded to show us all the various options available to us that catered to our needs.

Edward was very helpful and we ordered everything we expected to.

All the staff at the store are great, real friendly bunch happy to help, couldn't ask for better assistance.

The assistant had excellent product knowledge which enabled us to choose our product with confidence, nothing was too much trouble to assist us.

The person who served us took her time and didn’t rush us and was very knowledgable about the product my wife suffers with muscle pains and was given time to try beds with no pressure to hurry
