Was seen to by michel straight away by the door and instantly targeted what we were after had 2 separate mattress matchers to do and even offered us a water whilst we waited. She was also very helpful in helping us decide between king size or double and also did her best to find the best value for a money

Lots of time given especially when looking at a mattress. No pressure to buy most costly item, hugely helpful.

On entering the store Sally met us with a cheery hello and pointed us to the sanitizer station. She then asked if we knew what we were looking for and listened whilst I explained. She then showed me a bed base and then asked what type of mattress I was looking for and showed me one that was on offer. She took me to the tv screen to show me a selection of headboards and bought me a fabric swatch. She asked if I would like a bottle of water which I said I would take with me, the manager asked if I would like him to get a cold one from the fridge. The atmosphere in the shop was nice and you could tell the staff got on well. Sally made the purchase easy and quick although I didn’t feel hurried.

Ease of access to web site. Good selection of beds and mattresses. Found what I was looking for and the price was right. Delivery/installation quoted for this week GENT i DEALT WITH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL..

I was so pleased with the service I received last week that I returned this week to make another purchase. I am still tho uk roughly impressed that the team has maintained the same level of expertise this time round so I am convinced that this is their usual way of doing things and it wasn’t put on the last time because I was a new customer. In fact I received more support because I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted and relieved largely on the sales manager for help. I have not seen the product yet but I have faith the quality will be top notch just like before.
