Michael is a very good salesman and polite

As soon as we entered the store (Huntingdon) a lovely lady Michele greeted us and talked us through the covid precautions. We then did the sleep match test and even though our daughter was having a bit of a tantrum which made it difficult, Michele was brilliant from start to finish and showed us exactly what we were looking for in the price range we wanted as well. Everything was very efficient.

Friendly and helpful staff

The adviser was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The adviser explained that the bed we had chosen was not available to order on the system, due to a COVID related matter that we should wait until the new year to see if there was any availability. We purchased 2 pillows that were excellent that we took away on the day. Will definitely be going back to the same adviser.

When I phoned the store I wanted to know if you could deliver a bed before Christmas. To my amazement you were able to. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the bed I was looking for but I was so grateful that I could have a delivery I was happy to compromise. I was lucky enough to speak to a lovely, helpful gentleman called Edward who couldn't have been helpful.

First class service and the beds I have bought in the past are really comfortable.
