Everything was smooth sailing. I am dreams delivery driver so I knew about the products beforehand and knee exactly what I wanted.

Member of staff very knowledgeable about the product we were looking to purchase. Led us through all our options.

Staff was very helpful let us use the sleep machine to find what beds would suit us was very informative knew everything about all the mattresses offered us water whilst we where there and even gave us 2 free pillows highly satisfied took care of us

My daughter and I visited to look at a bed frame in the sale. As it was not in the showroom, the staff telephoned two local-ish stores to see if we could view it there. This was not possible, so they offered to help me place an order. My daughter was made to feel very comfortable in testing the best mattress for her. Nothing was too much trouble and the ladies were kind and caring. They provided water for us to drink while we completed the paperwork.

We had really great assistance from Michel who went through things thoroughly with us and answered all our questions without hesitation and made sure all our needs were met.

Michel was so helpful with answering questions and showing us different colours and options of the bed we were buying. She was great!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good choice of beds to look at. No rush to decide.

From walking in the door to payment it was a nice experience not to pushy on the sales side , and got everything I wanted and needed

The staff were polite, quick and efficient I went onto the machine that takes 3 minutes to measure out and tell you what kind of mattress you needs that's cool and I found a good mattress
