The whole visit, welcomed on arrival, introduction made by our assistant Michel, explained how the mattress analysis system worked and showed us to the recommended mattress. Offered hand sanitizer after we had used the case machine and also given paper sheets to cover the pillows on the beds we tried. Thought if everything. Michel was friendly nice person to deal with.

We were met as soon as we walked into the store the lady listened to our needs and showed us the product that we needed was very helpful with delivery dates and generally accomadating with our requests.

Michel provided outstanding customer service and handled our individual needs with a great care. Spent alot of time answering our questions and had a real personal touch ( not a salesman but just a genuine caring. She had a love warm and welcoming attitude and we were very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. She's a real asset to your store and deserves a pay rise 👏
