My husband and I visited the Cambridge Branch, as soon as we entered and looked for a few mins, we were greeted by Michael the Store Manager. I told him what we were looking for, asked about the mattress machine test (he was more tech savvy than me thankfully) and we tested 6 different mattresses. We settled on number 5 and were so incredibly pleased with the price for the item we purchased. Michael offered us both a drink and went through the payment process very efficiently. He was friendly, talkative and was dressed professionally, even down to the clippy cloppy shoes which were very shiny! I would definitely recommend Dreams store to my friends/family and very excited about my new purchase. Thanks so much!

As I have a long term back problem the staff were very helpful in helping me to find a mattress that was comfortable and were very willing to let me go back and forth between mattresses in order for me to be sure of my choice

We wanted to understand which mattress was best for us. We used the machine and were guided through choices, without being put under any pressure, and arrived at choices that suited us both very well indeed. To have the mattresses delivered in less than three weeks is very pleasing indeed. I honestly felt that our needs and wishes were listened to and addressed
