Michael provided valuable information on all products, after a short time on the Sleepmatch machine. Michael provided a number of mattresses that fit to our specifications. We did bring our 6yr old with us on the trip to the store, Sally and Cameron provided her with pictures and company keeping her occupied, going way above their job to ensure we could shop and discuss all options available to us, costs and possible savings we could make all whilst getting the product to suit our needs. Michael has a wealth of knowledge and would highly recommend him and his team to any purchaser visiting the store in Huntingdon.

Knowledge of the sales person

The store was clean, tidy and well presented. We were greeted quickly and by the only female member of the team there (I think she was called Sally) and she set us up on the sleep match and got us a cup of tea. She then handed us over to Cam, a delightful young man, who helped us to choose a new mattress. He answered all our questions and made us feel like cared for, valued customers. With his help we bought a new mattress and 2 new pillows.

The sleep match machine was fantastic. The product knowledge of the sales advisor Cam was also excellent. We were able to test the mattresses and choose one that meets our needs. The sales team Cam and Edwardvwere extremely friendly, offered and supplied coffee and kept the children entertained whilst we shopped. It was also brilliant that wemwere able to use our military discount and will definitely recommend this shopping experience. Were are very pleased with our purchase and can not wait for it to be delivered!

Wonderful, friendly, intelligent and professional people to speak to. Eyewitness real rapport between the manager and the assistant who served us. They were highly professional and very humane.

Edward was a young generally interested young gentleman who did all he could to understand our needs (not an easy thing). Meantime owing to financial constraints we have ordered our two bed frames and in the next two months we will order our mattreses to match. We did not take the zero interest rate as we have never used this before and do not intend to start now. The service was great but the store extremely warm. thank you for your help.

We were very impressed with the sleep match analysis which took away the guesswork and saved us a bit of time. We found the staff to be very helpful and professional and immediately put us at our ease.
