Unable to complete transaction on line and had to resort to telephone order which was perfectly satisfactory. Dealing with a human being over the phone is always a better experience. No shop available in my location

Did not visit the store however question referred to store visit. Not a great time to be parting with money so not highly satisfied in price.

I guess it would have been good to compare and see other options, although assistant did ask me if I only wanted to see Tempur products so fair enough & I was worried about having too much choice, to be honest!
