Loved the testing bed/machine which recommended different mattresses. As soon as we tried one of the recommended mattresses we knew we want to buy it. There was a reasonable range of bed frames/ottomans as well, which made it easy to complete our purchase.

Michael the sales assistant was friendly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, the process of finding the best fit mattress for our needs was impressive. altogether a great shopping experience

We were attended to by the store manager who was extremely knowledgable, in no rush, willing to listen and had a sense of humour.

Our last mattress was from Dreams, and we were very happy to come back. When we were almost certain which one to buy, the manager was helpful in giving us another two to compare with it, which then confirmed our choice. It was clear that he understood what we needed and then explained the guarantee as to what it did and didn’t include. I also feel that he didn’t waste our time showing us things outside of what we were looking for. Hopefully we won’t need that guarantee!

Michel was really helpful, knew a lot about the mattresses and helped me find a great mattress that fit within my budget. She was very courteous and attentious, made the experience easy and great.

Michel the lady instore colleague at your Huntingdon branch was an absolute joy, as was Sally. Michel was not over salesy which we appreciate but her knowledge led us to the perfect mattress. Our house is being renovated, our bedroom and kitchen are basically building sites, these lovely ladies offered us a cup of tea or coffee and were so kind. The store was warm and airy, lovely and clean. The delivery time was awesome. We could have had our purchase within a week but we had to put it back a few weeks to enable completion of works in the house. I like the fact the mattress is all natural, no plastics, hand made in the UK. Fully sustainable meams UK supply chain ensures employment for local people along that chain. I wanted the absolute best in class mattress I could afford. Having a fused spine after an accident years ago and don't sleep well, so this is possibly the most important health and wellbeing purchase I can and have made for 15 years! Looking forward to receiving my mattress. My headaches will stop, my back and neck wont ache, Ill sleep properly. Thanks to Michel and Sally for their expert advice and kindness.
