Michel and sally (served by Michel, I think the other lady was sally!) we’re both super friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent service with a smile.

I was impressed with Michel the sales persons friendliness and knowledge of the mattress which I bought with her recommendation pointing out the superiority of the pocket spring mattress over the ordinary spring mattress I did not want amemory foam mattress so I was shown alternative options then the sales and payment part was also informative the delivery date perfectly fitted in

We went to Dreams as we were looking for a mattress that suited our needs as far as being in our 70s we need a pretty firm mattress foe support and it was quite a time and a visit to another store in Huntingdon that brought us back to Dreams to purchase the one we ended up with.

Member of staff ( Michael ) was easy to talk to and had time to discuss product options and was knowledgeable about products on offer . Michael had a very friendly demeanor and was not overly pushy about selling a product .

We visited the Huntingdon store on 2 occasions last week and dealt with Sally (368). Sally was professional, friendly and informative and assisted us in locating the ideal purchase for our daughter (who has recently been extremely ill and continues to suffer from an undiagnosed illness) Sally made us feel welcome and explained the process thoroughly. We visited the store on Rememberance Sunday and it was lovely to hear that Sally was playing the music from the Cenataph and we all observed the 2 minutes silence. We would not hesitate in recommending this store to any of our friends and family for their future purchases. Please pass on our thanks to Sally for her help.
