I had a very bad experience with Benson for beds, and will never shop with them again. Dreams staff were more than helpful and I was made to feel confident with my purchase .

I checked mattresses online before I visited. Was very impressed with salesman, nothing was a problem. Explained everything in plain English. Well impressed overall and will go back to dreams in future and will recommend to family and friends.

Immediate assistance on entering from Donnie who was helpful and friendly without being overbearing. He was extremely knowledgeable and we left with a very good picture of what our requirements will be for our rental property. We will certainly return to the store when we are ready to purchase.

The member of staff I dealt with was called Tracy,she was very patient and helpful with assisting me in making my purchase at your store. It was so nice to greeted bye a member of staff with a very pleasant attitude to her job and very friendly towards customers it makes a lovely change to get such a high standard of customer service to be offered and nothing was a problem and any questions I asked were immediately answered.

Went into shop one Sunday picked bed but had to go home and measure for room and went back following week, seen different salesman but he knew all about what we were after and both salesmen were most helpful, polite and understanding as am disabled. Very easy parking.

The assistant in the store was extremely helpful but not overpowering nothing was too much trouble. He wasn't pushy just tried to balance the sale with making sure items were suitable. And he made us a coffee
