Good layout of beds and able to see reasonably quickly where relevant items were. Assistant helpful and knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. The ability to test the beds on view was appreciated. The speed and efficiency of concluding the deal. No problem with thinking about it overnight and returning the next day.

The shop assistant, David, clearly knew all the products and although the bed we liked was not in the showroom, he quickly found it on the screen and discussed the suitability for our needs. He explained about the sprung slats and made the whole purchase experience and ordering quick and easy.

From the moment I arrived in store the sales assistant, Tracy, was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. She took the time to explain in detail and at no time was I made to feel that I had to hurry up and make a decision (an experience I have had in other Tempur stockist stores). It was this level of service which made me make the decision to purchase there and then.
