My wife & I did not intend to purchase a bed just now, we only went into your shop in Inverness to find out what was available. However, my daughter Sheena had purchased her bed from the Inverness shop, & my wife & I thought we would have a look to see what style of beds you had in stock - thinking of purchasing a bed in the future. However, your staff are wonderful, they were so friendly, helpful, and with excellent product knowledge. I am in retailing myself so I know when I get excellent customer service, & I certainly got it yesterday. My wife & I placed our order because your staff informed us of the excellent value that you were offering. I will certainly return to your shop in Inverness for any future bedding requirements. There were a variety of choices and clear explanations of the products. The assistant was astute , gave us time to look then offered assistance listening to what we said and clarified points bringing in info in response to our remarks.
