Laurie was extremely helpful, knowledgable but also not intrusive. A small problem with delivery dates he went out of his way to resolve. The selection of beds and mattresses was extremely good across all price ranges, the store well laid out. Ultimately it was the staff however who made the experience great and left a very happy customer and one that would return.

Customer service was very good, as soon as I stated I was looking for a mattress they went through lots of information of different types, qualities, etc. While being helpful and giving advice they still managed to give me space and time to look around and my own leisure which was great.

Welcomed immediately on arrival. Dave our assistant was helpful and knowledgeable and made a great cup of coffee. Great rapore with customers and colleagues alike. Great products. I loved my pillow and of course bought one. Not only bought a great mattress but 2! And toppers and bedding. Dave also carried it out to the car. Great sevice and products. Recommending to my sister who also needs a great nights sleep!! Well done dreams.
