I bought one mattress and returned to swap under your comfort guarantee. It couldn't have been easier with lots of help to choose a replacement that would suit and no hassle to swap. Really great service - 5 star.

First time buying a mattress and didn't realise how much of a minefield of decisions.it could have been! So was delighted that the store layout with colour coding made it super easy to sail through what could have been complex decisions. Customer assistant, Dave really took time to listen and talk through options in simple language without a sniff of a salesman push!

Staff where excellent in the Inverness store, very friendly and knowledgable

I originally telephoned to see if had an item in stock as wanted an early delivery. Given very good details, and a possible delivery date. Did tell me to come in soon to see the item to guarentee the delivery. The two members of staff, were friendly, tidy in appearance, and made me a very good, and welcome cup of coffee, which was much appreciated. The salesman (Dave) was business-like, dealt with all my queries, demonstrated the guest bed in question, and showed me possible headboards etc. On his advice I took out a 5 year insurance. It was all dealt with efficiently, and I went away a happy lady.

Rang before going to store to ascertain item available. Given much information. Welcomed at store, offered a coffee which was very welcome ( and very good).I was shown item, it was demonstrated, and dealt with efficiently.

We were welcomed upon our arrival in-store and informed that assistance was readily available if required. Left to browse at our leisure and when we required assistance we were afforded a friendly, knowledgeable and patient and hassle free service which resulted in our purchase. Can't praise Robbie enough.

Donnie at the Inverness store was great. Being 8 months pregnant, comfort was key and being able to try out and have a feel of the mattresses was important as well. He walked around and answered questions and gave us plenty of time and suggestions for an hour. We didn't feel as if we were bothering him or taking to long. He was extremely helpful, especially when trying to figure out different pricing options.

We experienced very friendly customer service from Richard. We were offered a cup of tea. He then went through our queries and then left us alone to experience the different mattresses. He gave us enough information to enable us to make a decision but enough privacy for us to talk things through at our leisure. We would go back. Also we were impressed with the quality of beds on offer.
