Ronnie was extremely patient while we were undecided on which mattress to buy. He offered help without being pushy which resulted in us deciding to purchase from Dreams.

Staff are so friendly and make you so welcome and at ease , and do not rush you .

I was delighted with the ease in which I was able to do business with the store in Inverness even though I required delivery of the bed to be at an address in Yorkshire. The staff were very helpful and provided me with a very welcome cup of tea too. I have not yet taken delivery of the bed so hope my purchase proves to be just as enjoyable.

it was just a nice experience store girl Tracy was very helpful and i managed to pick the bed and base head broad all in good time and let me get on with the rest of my shopping i've still to have the bed delivered which will take a month

Great services and knowledge of the product

The gentleman who helped us choose a mattress spent a lot of time letting us try mattresses and pillows and letting us re-try until we were very sure of our purchase. He was very knowledgeable but in no manner was he pushy to sell us anything. He had a good sense of humour and was very pleasant.

Been a larger person really wanted someone to say yes or no to a mattress being suitable for me. I made that clear to that salesman . Only second time in my life I have purchased a bed so wanted to make the right choice as do not have a lot of disposable income to get it wrong . My budget was £700 ish but we ended up spending £2300 lol with the add ons of a base , headboard , pillows , mattress protector and the insurance . So your salesman worked his magic lol I work in the retail sector and know how hard it is and also how important add ons are so he did good, although putting it on interest free credit eased the pain of the purchase haha . Love the fact we get to try it for 40 days as this is a huge thing to get wrong at that expense . Only down side is only other option if we don't like it is one more mattress above that better . Looking forward to getting the bed now
