Top of the list was the staff experience, they were all lovely, attentive, informative, polite and pleasant. Above all, we were given a cup of coffee which was greatly appreciated.

Good range of mattresses, which was what I was looking for. Staff were particularly helpful, and provided good product knowledge. Also, I was given time to try out various items without feeling pestered or hurried into a decision.

The help received was excellent and the advisor certainly knew the products. Our particular needs - spare bed for a holiday house - were understood exactly and the advisor led us to purchase extras that would be suitable.
