Dreams - Inverness

This was 2nd time in a year i have purchased from dreams i did so this time as i was very happy with the service i got first time & wasn't dissapointed.

I don't usually leave feedback or comment for any service I receive, but I felt that the service I received today In Dreams (Inverness) was exceptional.This was my 1st visit in the store and I was immediately greeted by Tracy who was so helpful, but not overbearing- most important! She gave me loads of time to make my mind up on my purchase, and even made myself and my friend a cup of coffee whilst we deliberated!! I've never had that before! The last shop I went into a couple of weeks ago looking for a bed, the salesman didn't even acknowledge me! Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she was really easy to speak to. I knew she wasn't out for the hard sell. Excellent service and a lovely manner. Well done!

Tracey had a high experience of product knowledge and understood very quick what we were looking for and gave us the information to make coming to a decision easy. Very down to earth and friendly sales assistant would be happy to have her serve us in the future for all our bed needs.

Everything was explained to me in highly detaile, excellent customer service, very professional and great attitude towards customers.

Store easy to walk found, not cluttered. Staff member was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all.

Highly satisfied because the guy we dealt with day one was going to be off on day two when we returned - he did, however, make sure that full notes were left and the manager was able to pick up and run with all that we had discussed - our deal was competed to our satisfaction with courtesy, efficiency, good product and delivery knowledge, understanding of client needs and attention to detail. Very happy with the services we received - a good buying experience.

The attention and knowledge of the assistant was very good. He made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We did not feel pressured into making a purchase.

Dave who was our sever had an excellent knowledge of all products. once we explained what we were looking for he directed us to products that would be suitable for us. He spent a great deal of time explaining why each mattress we were interested in was good for us and also why the product we choose was the best for us. He then helped us with getting pillows, a headboard and mattress cover. he explained all products including the 40 day returns. once we completed the transaction he helped my partner with carrying out pillows ect. He has been one of the very few people who has not made a "big deal" of the fact I am disabled. He was incredibly friendly, professional and an extremely helpfully man.

Dave welcomed us to the store upon our arrival, and allowed us time to look for what we wanted, before providing advice on the correct product. He was not overly pushy in selling, but gave us enough information and offered a deal which allowed us to mature an informed decision overnight. Upon my return to the store the next day, I was met by Donnie, who had been left information from Dave to assist in completing the transaction quickly and efficiently with a minimum of fuss. All the staff were friendly to me and my family, including interacting with my two young girls, who actually seemed to enjoy their time in the store!!!
