the gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful without being forceful. we got an excellent deal on an ex display mattress and were able to purchase a better product than we had anticipated. the other colleagues in store were also very helpful.

We were met at the door and welcomed. What we required took a bit of working out and we had excellent help and advice. There was no pressure and a really good knowledge of products available.

i had visited the store on many occasions even taking the girlfriend in to try the bed as it would be for our first flat each time i was in there was a different member of staff and would always offer me coffee the gentleman from the isles Donnie Ex-army Dave and manager Tracey all very helpful and got me the best deal on the market

The assistant came to serve us as soon as he saw us browsing. We explained what we were hoping to buy but expressed doubts about the sizes available. He went great pains to unwrap our chosen product and test it on a bed in store to reassure us that it would fit. He was friendly and very helpful.
