The advisor, Tracy, was very helpful and very friendly and gave some good advice on which products to choose. I gave her an idea of what the style i was looking for and she was able to match this .

Assistant provided expert advice and gave us time on our own to check which mattress we preferred and make our choice. Did not pressure us into making a purchase.

We were very please with our whole experience at Dreams. We came in not really knowing what we wanted and wanting to spend as little as possible. Our assistant, Tracey, was friendly, attentive and knowledgable. She led us, quickly to what we wanted. We ended up spending twice as much as we had intended to, but still left feeling we'd got a bargain!

Upon entering we were approached by staff who offered assistance, asked what we were looking for and explained shop policy on firmness of beds etc.

Staff very pleasant - we ordered a divan base, and we were in and out of shop in 10 mins.
