Dreams - Inverness

The gentleman who served me was very informative having good knowledge of the product I wanted to purchase. He was open and friendly offering us a tea/coffee. I also had two young children with me, the staff were friendly & accommodating towards them! Excellent service. My only criticism would be that the lady who worked in the store was interrupting and a bit too loud and forward. The gentleman who served me was very good.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and very keen to ensure we were entirely satisfied with the products purchased.

Both Trace & David M were very helpful, giving my Mother & I fantastic information about the adjustable bed I was looking to purchase for my Mother. They also covered the guarantee, the choice of being able to exchange the mattress if you were not comfortable & the VAT relief as I for purchasing the bed for my Mother & disabled father. Very happy with everything today & would highly recommend Dreams Inverness.

We originally went to benson for beds but in driving home stopped by dreams for a visit the staff where amazing and explained the downfalls of the product I was offered at benson for beds (later googled and dreams where correct) the service was very informative and the friendliness and knowledge led us to purchase from dreams

I was spoken to straight away by Donnie who explained the different types of beds I could get along with the various different firmness of mattresses. At no point did I feel under pressure to buy and his knowledge was superb. The whole buying process was explained clearly as well.

Received good care and assistance from staff felt right at ease and no pressure to commit to buy. Member of staff was on her own and juggled three or four customers very well. Good knowledge and customer relations which made the task of picking a new bed easier

Great service, unsure about buying TV bed, staff discussed concerns with us. Were not pushy and spent time. Fantastic with out 2 and half year old. Even putting on a dvd for her while we did the paperwork.
