The assistant was extremely helpful taking time to explain the various options available and helping us make our decision. He was very friendly and very knowledgable and spent a considerable amount of time with us. He answered all our questions clearly and without hesitation. When I asked about uplifting the old mattresses he sorted that out for us as well. We were unsure about the delivery date that we had decided on and again he explained that if it did not suit just to call him and he would rearrange the delivery. The whole process was relaxed and hassle free and I would highly recommend the Inverness store to our friends.

The 2 assistants I dealt with were extremely helpful and went out of their way to find what I was looking for.

The staff member (David, otherwise known as Bob) did not mind spending as long as I needed in order to get me the right product for my back ( I have a damaged spine). He told me everything about each product I tried and obviously knew all about the products. He even put the TV on for my daughter to watch whilst I was trying out the products! I was also offered tea. He also thought of other products that would help me like a special pillow which is fantastic.

Very helpful and friendly staff without being overly invasive on our personal space. Gave us time to make our deliberations and bed testing, while being available for information when needed. Also knowledgeable about products.

Friendly sales assistant, nice store and great range of products to choose from.

A member of staff started speaking to me shortly after I entered the store offering their assistance. Although it was after 5pm they were happy to spend time answering my questions and explaining the differences in mattresses and the reason for differences in price as well as deals that were on offers. They were also happy for me to go away and think it over. I spent quite a bit more than I had initially intended but following the members' of staff explanations and advice feel it was worth it and feel I got a good deal.
