Staff very friendly, not pushing for sales in usual manner, but advise given by them and to be left alone to try out mattress was appreciated. Any questions we had they could answer straight away. On both visits to this store I was offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. This was welcome as I had been travelling for about an hour. Shop very clean, staff great will use store again and recommend to friends.

The only problem is the 3 week wait for my goods! Otherwise everything was great. I’ve never had such an easy shopping experience for a mattress before! The colleague was honestly 10/10, she was so helpful, I was in and out within about 30/40 mins! I went in expecting not to come away with anything on the day, but it was that easy, I didn’t even see the need to think it over or try elsewhere!

Overall, we were very happy. A quicker delivery time would have helped, and we bought two pillows which weren’t in stock, and have to be posted. When spending a lot of money on a mattress, it would be nice to have a deal which included the pillows.

The layout of the store was not clear for different budget levels also there was not clear protection after other customers ie. sprayed down after we had or they had layed on mattresses or our own sheet to lay on for our protection due to covid risk.

It was simply that I tried to order my items on the Internet and instead of saying that items were out of stock they allowed me to go through to Process payment, without offering me a delivery slot. I wasn’t willing to take that chance, not knowing when or if I would ever get the items; That I called the helpline and Tracy was incredibly helpful patient, friendly and accommodating
