The product and the staff at my local store in Inverness were great they provided excellent service. HOWEVER I bought the dublin clic clac sofa bed a day after there was a deal on so I missed out. I was told the sofa bed was a rare deal so I should go ahed and order it. I did so and the day of delivery the sofa bed came back on sale. I phoned customer service and told they couldn’t honour the deal and the women was extremely unhelpful and not in any way sympathetic towards the situation. She was the worst part of my experience and made me reconsider my buy of this item. All I wanted wanted was them to honour the saving of £80 as I was planning buying a bed from the store aswell.

Being satisfied is a high scoring from myself. The service we received from Donnie on site was very good indeed. Not awarding "highly satisfied" does not reflect the very good service we received. I simply do not award the highest satisfaction unless every detail of the experience I received was exceptional.

Donnie was brilliant very friendly and welcoming and lots of knowledge, delivery times of 2 months were a bit disappointing

There is always room for improvement by anyone. We were given a cup of coffee, which was very nice and appreciated.
