Coffee and advice at hand. Couldn't have found the bed base and mattress without the professional advice of Dave. Good guy who didn't smother the customers, I appreciate that!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful so that was excellent. They didn't go above and beyond but were particularly helpful to us for choosing a new bed. I think his name was Donnie, not 100% my memory isn't the best for these things, but even after helping us a week before we actually ordered, when we came back in he remembered our names and was very friendly. The store is a little small and could maybe do with some repainting, so there were a limited number of beds we could actually try. Having said that, the dreams mattress finding machine was very good and interesting to use.

There is always room for improvement. I never say Highly Satisfied in any survey.

I was very happy with the help i received staff were helpful and friendly I was only disappointed with the length of time it will take to receive my order (3 weeks) but this was the first available date

Not enough choices of lower priced goods in store compared to on line

Have to wait 7 weeks for delivery

we were told that the price of building the bed would be part of the deal after we gave our details and paid our deposit we left the store returned home to find we had been charged

We spent £2035 on 2 pillows and a tempur hybrid elite mattress . The people were excellent , the pillows no problem ,however the delivery for the mattress was dreadful . The earliest date was 2/10/18 and if not the next possible date was something like 30/10/18 ! We consider this support of your Inverness store a complete disgrace and a slap in the face to us as a customer .
