Relatively few items to choose from and rather expensive despite a sale being on.

Range of beds to view was a bit limited but no doubt due to available space and so many variations possible

Surely satisfied is sufficient.

We visited twice, the first time the get that served us was very welcoming and did not push anything. We then returned after discussing the price etc. the lady that served us was pushy whilst we were considering bed frames and therefore made the experience far less comfotable.

Tracy was very pleasant, very helpful and quite persuasive. I guess I'm not highly satisfied as, to be honest I was shocked at the price of the product! We went is because you had a sale on at the time but left having bought one of the most expensive mattresses. I sincerely hope we are highly satisfied when it arrives, considering the cost

I thought the products were very good, the range was excellent, I felt the prices were a bit on the high side. The delivery time was a bit longer than I had hoped but more or less what I expected.

Generally the service was excellent but one assistant was irritating

Satisfied with the service at the store but as a returning customer I was a bit wary as to delivery times due to a previous experience where my order was delayed.
