Mainly having to wait for 2 weeks until mattress delivered - had thought the store may have items to purchase and take away. Also, 2 weeks is quite a while for delivery, though to be fair another store was quoting 3 weeks, so better in that respect.

i was satisfied with the salesman who dealt with me who's name was Ronnie but I found the two other sales people in the store were very loud pushy and over-confident and if I had ended up dealing with either of them I would have walked out of the store without buying. It was just luck that the salesman I got was not like the other two. There is nothing wrong with approaching customers and trying to be helpful but the other two were totally over the top, arrogant, pushy and not pleasant to listen to.

Delivery to my area was going to take over a month so I've paid for it to be delivered myself. But staff on the phone very helpful and it will not be a problem

Very happy with the store,and the manager Tracey's attention.the service was excellent. What I was not at all impressed with, was the fact that although both my husband and I have more than a healthy bank balance,and we own our own home morgage free, having obtained credit worth over hundreds of thousands of pounds!!!to do this, our application to take advantage of your interest free credit was bounced back and fore from your credit underwriters. This was due to a problem with the address,as we had omited the plot no when we originally built the house. They found it and then resubmitted it to the underwriters.Not impressed with that after35 mins paid in full and left.

TO BE HIGHLY SATISFIED I WOULD THINK WOULD BE RARE. MY VISIT WORKED OUT VERY WELL AND I WOULD SAY I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT. I WOULD SAY THIS IS A GOOD OUTCOME.

My order is not yet complete - I am waiting for the delivery, assembly and removal of my old bed so I cannot yet comment on how that part of the service has gone.

Sadly, a lack of local choice in the products you trade in means that as a consumer, options for going elsewhere are somewhat limited. Your prices are inflated for the products you offer and it felt as though there was a sales pitch to try and sell us the service product which we simply did not want. That said, Laurie was pleasant to deal with and appeared knowledgeable. Shame he wasn't wearing a name badge which we commented on to him. I've said in this survey that I wouldn't be highly likely to recommend you, but that may change once the product bought arrives if we find it to be well worth the money. You fall down on that alone - value for money.
