I was served by Donnie MacLellan, he was very cheery and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. He did not rush me into making a decision as he knew that the bed I was buying was fo my disabled mother so it had to be right for her needs.

When we receive our purchase it arrives flat pack and I have to make up the bed which I am not keen to do. The salesman explained that the delivery team have no time to make the bed up which I didn't find very helpful. We bought a corner sofa from DFS last year and they kept it for us for about 9 months and when I phoned them up to put it together they were up in the next 4 days

The sales team were friendly and not too pushy...just as I like. However, I think that the whole sytem to order product and set up payments is very time consuming and a little confusing as you get literature bombarding you from all directions and you just end up signing on command without really knowing what you just signed up to. Also, the slaes desks were right next to each other and another family were getting served at the same time.... they had 2 young children and it was really distracting....A little more privacy would have helped.
