Everything was great until you discover the delivery date is 6weeks away.

There was not a huge selection of beds to choose from and the delivery date was a bit long after visiting the store but these are minor points.

NO REASON REALLY I JUST CANT GET TOO EXCITED ABOUT BUYING A BED!!

During the purchasing process I was given a pack of 4 silent night pillows. I was under the impression that this was a freebie. However when I received the invoice online it was noticed that I had been charged £19-99 albeit which was at a discounted price. If I had been told that there was a cost involved I would not have purchased this item as I have already have a compliment of fairly good pillows. My intention was to give these new pillows to my granddaughter who has just moved into a new home and needs any items of bedding she can get her hands on. I will still these pillows, but it was a little bit naughty of your sales representative not to make clear that there was a cost involved.

I forgot my bank card . Still got my order off and paid through a phone call later that night

There's always room for improvement, I had to give all my details again, I would have thought they woul have been stored as a returning customer.

Disappointed that bed could not be assembled for me.I am aWidowed senior citizen.

The service provided was good, as we were only looking to buy a cheaper bed for a spare room and not looking for in depth consulting. The service provided would indeed mean we are likely to return to your store when looking to purchase another bed.

Very pleasant staff and very helpful but no pressure on us to purchase, which can be annoying.

I think highly satisfied is quite a statement! I couldn't fault anything the staff were friendly, helpful and certainly knew their stuff. I haven't received my bed yet so ask me then.
